Refund policy
Customers have 14 consecutive days upon delivery of merchandise to process a return, after 14 days a return is no longer possible. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed. All original tags must be attached, and products must be returned in their original packaging. Furthermore, the customer is required to present proof of purchase to qualify for a return. Items marked as final sale with discounts are not eligible for returns. To start a return, contact selvitto.shop@gmail.com. Please allow our team up to one week to process these requests. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for returns and are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Return packages must be sent with a tracked shipping method. Selvitto are not liable for lost or stolen return packages and cannot provide a refund until the merchandise is returned to us. Selvitto are not liable for any errors in the address provided by the customer, and such cases will not qualify for a refund. Once your package has been received, we will process your return within 7-10 business days.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will do our best to right the issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, customers have 14 consecutive days upon delivery of merchandise to process an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed. All original tags must be attached, and products must be returned in their original packaging. Furthermore, the customer is required to present proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
Items marked as final sale with discounts are not eligible for exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
